Team Projects
One of the valuable elements of the Leadership Springfield program is the community-based project that the participants undertake during the course of the September through mid-December program. Assigned to project teams, participants are challenged to exercise creativity and problem-solving skills by working on projects for the benefit of area not-for-profit organizations.
If your organization would like to submit a project for consideration for the next Leadership Springfield class, please return the Team Project Proposal Form by July 29, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact Lisa Schafer at 217.525.1173 ext. 203 or lschafer@gscc.org.
