Team Projects

One of the most valuable elements of the Leadership Springfield program is the community-based project that the participants undertake during the course of the October – May program year.  Assigned to project teams, participants are challenged to exercise creativity and problem-solving skills by working on projects for the benefit of area not-for-profit organizations.

Team Project Proposal

If your organization would like to submit a project for consideration by this year’s class, please return the Team Project Proposal by October 1. If you have any questions, please contact Ashley Earnest at 217.525.1173 ext. 212 or aearnest@gscc.org.
